Events

WHEN : Every Thursday at 1:00pm (3:00pm EST)
WHERE: Virtual, so listen from anywhere. Here is where you can sign up.
WHAT THIS IS: The co-founders of Indivisible, Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg, hold a weekly call. They give a summary of what they see as priority actions for local groups to take as well as do a Q&A for group leaders and members who are on the call live. They are well worth your time and are where our local group gets most of our direction for what to focus on.
It's fun to be on the actual call, but if you can't join on Thursday afternoons, they are always posted to YouTube to watch afterwards. Click on the What's the Plan? playlist and you'll see each one labeled with the date it occurred.

WHEN : Friday, June 6th from 10am to 12pm
WHERE: in front of the VA Clinic in Orem (774 South State Street)
WHAT IT IS: Bring your signs in support of veterans! Celebrate D-Day with us by protesting cuts to the VA and other actions that harm our nation's greatest heroes. We'll have an area with paper, pens, and cards where you can take a few moments to write a letter of thanks to a veteran.
We will also be collecting donations of new blankets and socks to give to our VA clinics right here in Utah. This event is co-sponsored by Indivisible Utah County and Utah Valley 50501.
You can RSVP to the event here. (You don't need to RSVP to attend, but doing so helps us plan).

WHEN : Saturday 6/7 @ 10am
WHERE: Utah State Capitol
WHAT THIS IS: Bring your pride, your voice, and your radical love. Let’s flood the Utah's Capitol steps with color, connection, and the fierce belief that all of us deserve to be seen, celebrated, and safe.
Along with the rally and march, Equality Utah has lots of great events planned for the month of June. Check out their calendar here.

WHEN : Thursday 6/12 @7pm
WHERE: American Fork City Library
64 South 100 East
American Fork, UT 84003
WHAT WE'LL BE DOING: Our group meets once a month to plan and discuss upcoming events. We do a lot of this within the Facebook group as well, but it's a wonderful thing to connect in person and actually be together.
Our agenda for June's meeting is to talk through planning, logistics, and volunteer assignments for the No Kings protest on June 14th.

WHEN : Saturday 6/14 @ 9am–12pm
WHERE: Provo City Hall steps (445 W. Center Street)
WHAT THIS IS: Make history with us on Saturday, 6/14, in what we expect will be the biggest anti-Trump, pro-democracy protest yet.
On Flag Day 2025, President Trump is throwing himself an authoritarian-style military parade that will cost millions of taxpayer dollars.
In response, Americans across the country in all 50 states will be gathering to peacefully but emphatically speak out against the rise of fascism in our country and to fly our upside-down American flags in protest. There are NO KINGS in America.
You in? ✊
Our event will be on the steps of Provo City Hall as well as the surrounding public areas all around that intersection. We’ll be there 9am to noon to avoid the hottest part of the day, and we’d love you with us for all of that time or whatever part of it you can make happen.
This event is being hosted by us, Indivisible Utah County, as well as our friends at Utah Valley 50501. We can’t wait to see you there!
You can RSVP to the event here. (You don't need to RSVP to attend, but doing so helps us plan).
